Demonstrating sand painting on canvas. I am re-wetting the surface to absorb paint, while answering questions from an interested onlooker.
"Hagg Lake Magic" Using multiple layered images, drawing and painting them to create a land-escape image from seemingly banal images taken individually.
"Surreal Sunday"
I play with images that I photograph. In this case, I took images within a city block to spoof a Duck stamp painting contest. I layered them together, trying to lighten up the stress for the folks participating.
